Rudy brings decades of leadership experience, leading closely held businesses across a range of industries. His career includes senior roles at International Harvester Company, Ryder Systems, RTR Transportation Corp., Rosco Manufacturing Company, Rochester Binding & Finishing Inc., LayerOne Media LLC, and D4 LLC.
A graduate of Boston University, he has also been deeply involved in the Rochester community, serving on boards and committees with organizations such as ABVI‑Goodwill Industries, the YMCA of Greater Rochester, and Quad A for Kids.
Outside the office, Rudy enjoys skiing, fly fishing, and traveling. He and his wife have three adult sons and love spending time with their grandchildren.
